Please read this article so your understand why Blogger ie. blogspot software does not recognize your identity and what the other blogger has to do to chnage their comment settings so your can post a comment that’s linked to your blog > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/08/10/crazymaking-blogger-comment-settings/

Also note that your site at http://www.singlemomsmiling.com/ is NOT hosted by WordPress.COM and your are posting to the wrong support forum. In the future you have to post to WordPress.ORG support.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
