OpenId and WordPress Credentials can't be verified

    I see many others have this issue: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/search.php?q=openid

    It is happening on BOTH Blogger and Blogspot blogs and, for me, just started ~3 weeks ago. Prior to that, I’ve had no issues leaving comments from my plain ol’ non-customized WordPress account. Now my Openid and WordPress credentials come back as unrecognized.

    If it were one or the other, I could see it being a “Blogger” issue – but as it’s with both and there are a few of us coming in noting it just started being a problem, I hope WP will have support look into the issue. Thanks.

    We Volunteers can’t help with this issue. This “I can’t comment on Blogger (blogspot) blogs using Open-ID a long standing issue. You can get a Blogger blog of your own in that you will be able to comment on other blogspot blogs by using a Blogger log-in. Posting to the forum is unlikely to bring foreayd any solution. If you want Staff attention then you need to use the Help button on the top right hand corner of your Admin page.
