OpenID consuming

  Currently WP.com and JetPack provide signing comments only with WP.com account, Twitter and Facebook. It would be great to also add OpenID consuming for comments

  I had the OpenID verification on my site before JetPack but they can’t work together. As far as I understand that option for this to work on standalones should be enabled on WP.com first
