opening a .DOC file.

  I got a .DOC file in an email which i can open and read. but i do not know how i would insert it into a post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s it i think ( .doc, .docx (Microsoft Word Document ) so i’ll try it to-morrow, getting late for us old folk :)
