opening a square space e-commerce site

    I am in the process of launching an e-Commerce site via Square Space. Believing that my primary Domain, for which I intend to sen my online visitors, was located through BlueHost as I’d purchased the domain through a reseller multiwebconcepts.com only to find that he’d maintained an earlier domain and simply created and ‘add-on’ domain relationship between waitwell.com and your hosted domain kd3worx.com. I am now stuck in limbo having pointed my SquareSpace DNS Settings towards the intended domain and need to either (A) transfer my kd3worx domain to a more supported, flexible domain provider/manager or (b) receive immediate and thorough support from the wordpress team on how to fix this obstruction. Since I’m now losing revenue by having no online presence nor my newly paid for and designed commerce site, I sincerely hope to receive a prompt response and avoid any further interruption with my site and accordingly, my ability to operate my business. Thanks in advance for your quick attention.

    Hi there,

    The domain kd3worx.com was expired and it’s been released for new registration.

    In this case, WordPress.com has no control over the domain. For the domain waitwell.com, it is registered with Bluehost currently.

    So here are your options depending on which domain you intend to use:
    (1) Use kd3worx.com – Since this domain is available to be registered, you may register it with any domain registrar and request their help to configure the nameservers pointing to your site on Squarespace.

    (2) Use waitwell.com – This is registered with Bluehost so contact Bluehost’s support team to configure the nameserver configuration.

    I’ve also added a modlook tag for Staff to check on the domain of kd3worx.com.

    Hi there,

    As staff-zara correctly pointed out, the domain kd3worx.com was registered with us until 2015. After that, you have register it somewhere else.

    Good news is that the domain is available for registration again and you can register it again through the domain provider of your choice.
