opening an online shop

I need some things to clear up pls. I am planning to open an .com tiny online shop that I will sell my handmade products. There is a theme that I like and I want to purchase it. it is the

I will download it and costumize it from my computer, right? Can I use other available computers when I costumize it?
It uses a wordpress platform in order to costumize it, right?
except from the theme, I need a host providor, right? Can I have bluehost and if so, do I have to pay also a plan to WP or bluehost is enough for launching it?
Have in mind that the shop is very very small… few products, but I need a cart, shipping, different languages etc…

You cannot use that theme with a WordPress.com blog at all. External themes are for WordPress.ORG only.

You can sell products with basic PayPal buttons without an upgrade:

If you would like to use that combination, you’ll need to run the WordPress software on your own hosting, which is called a self-hosted site.
