Opening blog page

  I would like to set another page as the page on which my blog opens but it keeps defaulting to open at the homepage. Is it possible to change this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As your site is private I do not know which theme is in use and without knowing that I cannot provide a link to the setup instructions for the theme.
