Hi there!
There are a couple issues at hand:
- You haven’t yet confirmed your ICANN verification email for the site. Would you please do that? I’ve just resent the email. ICANN requires that all newly registered domains be confirmed by their owners. Things may not look as you hoped until that’s complete.
- Also, while http://www.wihardja.org will always forward to your custom domain, wihardja.org, you shouldn’t be using the www to verify your site with Google. We don’t use www as part of our domain names here at WordPress.com. You’ll need to re-verify the site as, wihardja.org.
Please take those two steps and check in with me. Thanks much!

Hi, thanks for your reply. But I have confirmed and verified my e-mails for two times after I bought the domains, now that you have re-sent the link, I’ve re-confirmed again another two times.
I don’t mind with not using www But the problem if the people who aren’t aware that www is not a part of the domain, they will write it before the domain name and may not find my website as it results error.
What is weird is that it functions perfectly with firefox, but chrome and opera have this issue, maybe also safari (I’m not sure as I don’t have apple )
I don’t know what I should do now to fix the issue

Hey there,
That is strange about the domain verification email. I will look further into that.
In the meantime, I wanted to address two other issues, so you can have some forward momentum with the site!

When working correctly, http://www.wihardja.org will ALWAYS forward to wihardja.org. This should not be an issue for your readers/visitors at all.

I see that you’ve verified your site with Google with the www and you’ve added that information here. You should delete that verification code. To do that, click below:
https://wihardjadewi.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domainsClick Edit Domain. Then click Edit DNS. Where you see the TXT verification code for Google, you will hover your cursor. When the little trashcan appears, click it to delete that incorrect record.
You can re-verify your site with Google, if you’d like, and the correct TXT verification code.
While you begin that process, I’ll look into the ICANN issue for you. Many thanks!

Hi, thanks for the response. I deleted that verification site.
I inserted that because I thought without that, google webmaster won’t index my website in their search engine.
But now the problem still exists regarding the www issue.
I hope it could be fixed for all types of browsers.
For now I will wait your solution. Thanks again, looking forward to hearing from you back
best regards
