  Hello – how do I make a link within my text open in a new tab/window?

  Hello there,

  Here’s a very handy guide that explains you how to insert links.

  If you scroll down to the ‘Method Two: The Link Button’ session, there’s also explained how to set a link to be opened in a new window/tab.

  I think it’s faster to read through this because there are many images that are really clear, although if you have any doubts please reply back to this comment.

  Hello and thank you for that. I was more wondering if there is a setting I can chose so that all links on my site are always opened in a new tab rather than having to tick it each time I add a link.

  It used to be a feature that allowed you to set this as default but it seems like I can’t find it anymore :(

  I’d say you should tick the option manually every time, but I do hope there’s someone else around who can figure it out for you!
