Opening the Website on laptop
-
My website is opening everywhere except my own laptop! It says that website ‘didn’t send any data’.
I had raised this query before and received a couple of suggestions which did not solve the issue. I’ve cleared my browser’s cache and cookies, checked that JavaScript is enabled and supported by my browser, disabled any ad-blocking and security extensions on my browser, checked that I’m using the latest version of my browser and I’ve tried opening the website from different browsers. I still can’t open it from my laptop. What should I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out and confirming all of the troubleshooting steps there.
Are you able to create and share a screenshot of what you’re seeing please.
Please see this guide on how to create a screenshot:
https://snipboard.io/ is a good tool to share this screenshot.
Many thanks in advance.

Here you go! I’ve uploaded a screenshot via snipboard – https://snipboard.io/fIjmav.jpg

The above pasted link to the screenshot is of Google Chrome. This is what I see when I try opening my blog in an alternate browser – Microsoft Edge – https://snipboard.io/C6sbNO.jpg

Thanks for that! It looks like you’re loading the “http” version of your URL – could we have you try the actual “https” version and see if that makes a difference?
You should normally be redirected to the “https” version, but I want to rule that out before we dig in further.
If that still doesn’t work, can you let us know the following?
– Is this happening at home or somewhere else? If home, have you tried accessing your site from a different wifi network than the one you use at home?
– Can you load your site on a mobile device or tablet that’s not connected to the wifi network and see if you get the same issue?Once we have that information, we’ll be happy to take a closer look. Thanks!

I tried loading the https version from both the browsers (Chrome and Edge) and I’m still facing the issue (although there are more things mentioned on my screen now so I’ve taken more screenshots).
Chrome – https://snipboard.io/anX6MN.jpg
Edge – https://snipboard.io/ab4hz0.jpgI am facing this issue at home (haven’t really tried to open the website from somewhere else). I did try using another Wifi network but I still can’t open my website from my laptop.
I can easily access my website from my mobile and tablet using the same Wifi connection. I can even access my website through my brother’s laptop with the same Wifi connection. I am only facing this issue on my laptop.

I just tried typing in the https version of the website on both the browsers again and it opened!!
Although after sometime when I reloaded the website, I could see the same message (the one in the screenshots given in the previous message) again. -
Hm, I’m also not able to reproduce the issue.
Would you please try resetting your router and rebooting your modem?
