Opinions About The Grey Areas of the TOC?

    I realize nobody here can help with a TOC violation …. oh wait. Then why did “mark” say to “acetonescribe”: “It’s okay – I have fixed that for you, no worries”?

    It seems to me there is occasionally somebody here from WordPress support who CAN and WILL help. Did I misunderstand that?

    Is it wrong to ask other members for their opinions about what constitutes a TOC violation when you have the link and you’ve contacted them 10 times over a period of a week but WordPress won’t respond?

    I don’t want to be a nuisance or anything but I’d just like to know other member’s opinions. Not about what the TOC says, but about the grey areas. I know what the TOC says. I’ve read it numerous times. I have the link that tells me to report it if I think it was in error. I know how to contact support. But they wouldn’t reply and I’m just asking for opinions from other members. If nobody wants to answer, they can just not answer. I don’t need to have people being rude to me just because THEY don’t want to answer.

    Telling someone that a mistake was made and that the blog has been restored is one thing. Airing someone’s dirty laundry in a public forums would be another thing.

    Staff do not discuss the reasons for suspension in the forums. Period.

    As far as the TOS, there are no grey areas.

    Of COURSE there are grey areas! lol

    I’m not asking for anybody to tell me the reason in public. I’m asking for opinions since they won’t tell me the reason. And I’m willing to air my dirty laundry. Besides, if there’s somebody here from support who’s willing to help, maybe they can get somebody in support to email the reason to me. Or maybe they can do it.

    Grey areas: For example, you’re not supposed to give out anybody’s personal information. But what constitutes personal information? Is mentioning the full name (including middle initial) of somebody you’re having a conflict with, “personal information”?

    @skydancer
    I understand your upset about this matter but please stop posting about this matter in forum … Members can give their opinion about the TOS all they want but it doesn’t change the fact the TOS is what it is…

    I am closing this thread as well to discourage blog suspensions as well as TOS violation discussion…

    Count this as your fair warning any more threads related to TOS violation Opinions or Blog Suspensions created by you will be deleted without notice you have been warned.. If you continue to post those type of threads after this warning could result in your forum posting privileges being revoke and I really hope it doesn’t come to that…

    Please be patient and wait for staffs reply…

    Thanks in advance
