Opt-In Form with auto response

  Where can I find an Opt-In form that allows me to set up auto response emails. I want to capture emails, and I want the new subscriber to get an email from me automatically and immediately, which I have the ability to customize the content of. Thank you!

  That is not possible with a WordPress.com website.
