  I want to add aweber opt-in forms. Do I have to change to wordpress.org, or is this feature available in premium? Thanks
  (Code does not work in text widget)

  You cannot embed the required Aweber form or a Mailchimp plugin. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  You can create a sign up page on MailChimp directly and simply link to it from your WordPress.com site. Here’s their instructions http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog

  The same applies to Aweber. What you can do is get the external page link from Aweber for subscribing and then you can link to it.
