opt in page

I have a WordPress site and no one can help me with this problem; they keep blaming it on other companies.
But it is a WordPress site. My opt in page after you opt in the landing page doesn’t work, it says oops contact website administrator. I bought a ‘done for you program’ in December and I have been trying for two months to get the email marketing site working.Self-declared URL: shellichugentobler.com

WP.com: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You may have done this already, but I would first reach out to the developers of the Done for you Program, as they would be best positioned to point out the issue with the product they created. Your host or the general WordPress community may be able to help but are less likely to pinpoint the issue, as it may be a product unfamiliar to them. Also, the site shellichugentobler.com appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

However, from what you described, contacting the company behind the program you bought in December would be the first and best step to addressing the issue you are having.Hopefully, this helps.

Thank you for reaching out. I finally got ahold of the initial company with the done for you site, they didn’t understand why my opt in page won’t go to the landing page either, so they refunded my money. It still is there on my laptop wanting traffic, lol, if only I could figure it out, being so non technical, that is my problem. I just hate leaving things or projects undone, you know? also thank you for giving me the information on WordPress.com and .org that was something very new to me. Thanks again!

Hi there,
Apologies, but as mentioned above we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host shellichugentobler.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
