Opt out of domain mapping

  Hello,

  I recently moved one of my websites (thegirlwithbangs.com) to a different host however I will be keeping my domain with wordpress.com. This being said, I need to renew my domain however as I am no longer hosting on wordpess.com I am wondering if it is possible to pay for domain registration and private registration only, omitting domain mapping. I cannot deselect domain mapping on the payment page so that is why I am seeking further assistance on this matter.

  Hi @nattimperio,

  It is not possible to only pay for the registration and not the domain mapping. Both the registration and mapping upgrades are required for the domain to continue to function. You can complete the payment at any time from your My Upgrades page here:
