Opti theme – Logo Position
-
In the Opti theme, the only place it appears that one can place their logo is either above our below the title, which I’m not a fan of because it takes up a lot of free vertical space and makes the reader scroll down a lot to get to the content. And if I add a custom header, its going to require even more scrolling for the reader.
Is there a way for me to still add a logo to my blog but maybe for it to be alongside the main title and tagline?
Or alternatively, could I just program somehow to replace the site title and tagline with a custom header which includes my logo, title and tagline?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@workmombalance, yes there are a number of ways to do this. I took a peek in your media library and see a Work-Mom-Balance logo there. My first suggestion might be to use it instead of the text-based title. You can add the following CSS to see what that would look like.
#logo { background: url("https://workmombalancedotcom.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/viewlogocar63e0r.png") no-repeat scroll center top transparent; height: 110px; } #masthead h1 { text-indent: -9999px; } #masthead h1 a { display: block; }One of the reasons the above is my favored solution is that the logo is clickable as a return to the home page (which visitors like and expect), and also, this solution works very well with responsive designed themes such as Opti. The logo stays centered and visible even on small screens, such as smart phones.
