Optimize images uploaded with Zombify plugin.
-
Hello! I need some advices and help with my ,,problem”.
Im using Zombify plugin and im uploading high resolution pics to the site. When im editing the post i can see that inner it theres ,,[zombify_post]” and a featured image attached.
The problem is that zombify dont let WordPress to resize my pic automatically and it uses the featured image in its original size so my loading page time its very high…
Ill quote something found on another website:
,,Adding a picture as a Featured Image is easy, but it gives you almost no control over your image size (to change a Featured Image’s display size requires editing the page template or overriding with CSS). If you insert a picture directly into the post via the Add Media button, you will have greater control over the image’s dimensions from within the post itself.”
Do you have any ideas how to optimize the pics in order to gain some loading speed? WP FLUSH and other pic resizing plugins wont optimize my pics because of Zombify i think.
Thank you!
