Optimizing on Mac

  I’m trying to find a program for mac OS X that will let me optimize (not just resize) my images without having to download some convoluted macport or “binary.” I’ve been searching for about an hour and a half now, and I can’t find a single program that I can simply download and use. Any ideas?
