  How do I add an OptIn button so I can have people leave their emails to get signed to receive my posts? Is that possible with WordPress.com or do you need WordPress.org to do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You want the subscribe by email Widget – drag and drop it to your sidebar
