Opting out of my subscriptions

Some of my word press blog subscriptions are saying i have opted out of subscriptions when i have not at all. and will not let me resubscribe.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Our system shows that you are already subscribed to both those sites, and we have sent you post notification emails for both those sites recently. If you didn’t receive those they might be getting caught in your email’s spam filter, but on our side everything appears to be working.
