  Bonjour, je paie actuellement l’option Custom Design pour mon thème. Cette option est-elle valable uniquement pour ce thème ou si je le change, je pourrais continuer à me servir de cette option sans coûts supplémentaires ? Merci.

  I think you are trying to check if custom design is applicable for any theme or is it just for the current theme you have? Am I correct?

  You can use the custom design on any theme you wish to use.
  Since customisations are theme specific, you might lose the customisations when you switch from one theme to the other.
