  Hi there,
  Would you be more specific about which option language you are trying to change? Are you trying to change the site’s primary language?
  If yes, please go to your_site->Settings->General.
  >Click on the language input box.
  >From the box appeared select the language you want to change to.

  If you are trying to change the interface language of your WordPress.com account, please change from here https://wordpress.com/me/account
  Note that, the interface language you choose does not affect your site’s language.
