Option not to show the entire blog post on my main page

  I am planning to post an entry that might contain pictures which others would consider offensive. Due to this, I would like to know if there is a way for me to post an entry that only shows the first few sentences followed by a “Read more” link without changing my current theme or making it automatic for all my entries. I just want to do it for this particular entry.

  Yup, we have a “read more” option… click on link to learn how to do it.
