option to change “posted by” on themes

    For those of us who have more than one blog, it would be nice to have an option to change our display names if possible.

    Because of the theme I like (and it’s what works best so far with my blogs), it shows “posted by” on each blog. One of my blogs I’d like to be a bit more anonymous and it’s based around a mostly fictional person, the other happens to be a more personal blog and therefore shouldn’t have the same display name as my other.

    I’m sure there are many more people who would like to have some control over “Posted by”… I realize this could cause issue if you could select the display name in regards to comments.. but even just having an option to remove it would be nice.

    Easy. Register two accounts (you’ll need two email addresses – sign up for a free gmail or similar if need be) in two different names. No one will ever know it’s you…

    Oh, and if you want to transfer a blog, then I think you need to make the new username an administrator of the blog, and then they can in turn delete the old user from the blog.
