Option to change timezone not showing up in General Settings

  I would like to change the timezone on my blog and all the forums say that there should be an option under the General Settings tab. When I got to it, however, it jumps from Related Posts to Change Site Address with no date, time, or timezone options. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

  If you don’t see the Timezone setting under General, you may be in the New Dashboard.

  Go to your site’s WP Admin Dashboard >Settings>General and you should see it there. https://mmebuckler.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  If you still don’t see it, please check that you are logged in with the username account that has Admin privileges. If yes and the Timezone setting is still not available, then please post back here and let us know.

  I am having the same issues and under the admin there is still no setting for changing the timezone.
