Option to click my categrories posts to the left dissapeared

Well yea, the left side of my blogg is totally blank. Where the categories and recent posts used to show up.
Any ideas how to make them show again? no idea what i did wrong.

Hi. Have you looked if they were in the Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar? Look also in the Inactive Widgets.
Also, you bumped a thread after only two hours of waiting. No need to do that. We are volunteers answering lots of questions on this forum. We’ll get to you eventually. :-)

@vagenmotguld: What you did is add an empty Image widget to your sidebar. When you add widgets yourself, they replace the default sidebar items of the theme (in your case Recent Posts and Categories). Go to Appearance>Widgets and either delete the Image widget or add the Recent Posts widget, the Categories widget and whatever else you like.

Yeah, i was getting panic as my topic kept goin to the bottom :P

Hi i have a question about uploading mp3 podcast I did. It’s 50mb but it has so far been loading for 15 min, is that normal? and is it better to first upload to my media library and then from there to a post or just upload the mp3 directly on the post? thanks for this answer, I just starting my wordpress today!

You won’t be able to upload Mp3’s to the blog without the paid space upgrade. Have you done a forum search for related issues?

Also, search the support pages for “audio” and there are several documents with the information you need.
