Option to Delete Site is not showing up

    Option to delete site is not available from my profile under “Tools” section. I went to http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ to see how to delete my site, but it just said to go to “Tools” and click “Delete Site”. That is not an option for me. Not sub menus pop up when I hover over “Tools” and when I click “Tools” I don’t get the option to delete the site (see screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/0M2r2U2r1C3P).
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Log in as the site owner Admin – not the editor – is there another account you used to create the blog

    note – if you delete a site the name / URL will be gone forever even from you – much safer to set to “Private” – keeps everyone out and you can use the name again if you change your mind

    dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Visible only to those I choose
