Option to export blog in PDF

Thinking about this a bit more and taking one step back, who better to offer this Blog to PDF service than WORDPRESS. Given their on-going momentum to be the definitive or “bad ass” blogging platform, Wp.com folks are in the best position to offer this and it would allow users to configure what to include and what to leave out etc.

@Tess
That’s the site I blogged about here http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/03/have-you-tried-printfriendly-com/ You can generate either a free printer friendly version or a free PDF version of a web page with it. You can also embed it in your blog posts and/or pages by getting the printfriendly.com button. -
Yes. But you know, but it doesn’t work with all web pages.
Also, it won’t allow you to print out your whole blog automatically, as shimworld is looking for.This thread is somewhat a duplicate of the thread he is referring to in the first post:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/turning-blog-to-book-1I don’t really understand why he started a new thread about the same thing?

@1bess: How does it prevent you from printing out the whole PDF? I mean, do they really cripple the PDF file that way? Sheesh, if they were to do that, they should just do something like only produce part of the PDF file.

The pr0ntfriendly button is intended for use by those who wish to allow their readers to be able to print their blog posts or make them into PDF files. It allows readers the ability to delete advertsiing illustrations etc. on any web page is posted on. Some bloggers like my friend think it’s useful for her readers as she porvides free recipes and patterns for scrap booking templates, etc. Considering the problems I have had recently when a considerbale portion of my blog was stolen I wouldn’t post such a button.

SIGH >>> I’m so tired. Let me expand on that because I don’t think I was very clear.
Post the printfriendly button only if you wish to allow readers the ability to capture whatever is on your webpage. Prior to printing it or making a PDF of it your readers can pick and choose what to delete from it such as delete advertsiing illustrations etc
