Option to Publicize doesn't Exist in my Admin Settings

  When I go to Settings:Share, I don’t see a section for Publicize like I should at the top. I’m trying to link my blog posts to my twitter account.

  While I don’t think the placement of the blog on my website should be a factor, I’ll mention that I have the blog one level down and not my main domain name http://www.juliekcohen.com/blog/.

  Any suggestion on how I find or install this Publicize feature?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not a WordPress.com hosted blog. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
