option/plug in for customizing sidebars

  How do I add different content to each sidebar? I had an option on the old site that allowed me to do a standard format or a special format for all my side bars. That site accidentally got trashed and I can’t remember how I got that option. I am using parabola theme. My site is http://www.fccscottsbluff.org/
