Options for creating a book or pdf from multiple blog pages

  Hi team – I want to create a hard copy of a blog created in WordPress. What are the options? There will be around 100 separate blog posts, plenty of photos per post, but is there a way of creating a document/pdf with them all combined? Can you recommend any publishers or printing companies (e.g. Photobox) that are compatible with WordPress?

  For reference, the blog is called ‘The Garden Gate is Open’.
