Options missing in Admin CP
-
I’m on Android and haven’t had problems with Opera Minh or Opera Mobile, apart from the header bing tiny now.
The entire left options is now gone in all browsers, from the Admin CP.
Also in Opera Mini, the blog is all to the left, with an almost endless blank scroll to the right.
I can’t edit anything anymore. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Here’s the link for the forum for the WordPress app so you can post there and make our developers aware of your issue. Here’s the link for the android support forums http://android.forums.wordpress.org/
But see here first http://android.wordpress.org/faq/If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.

No, I don’t use mobile wp.
I just want help with why all of a sudden, WP doesn’t show the left nav in thdm Admin CP.It’s not an Android or browser problem.
The left panel was there yesterday, on Opera Mobile, it vanished a month ago on Opera Mini, after another WP update.
Header is tiny in Opera Mini, not mobile, and now, as said above, the whole blog is to the left, and an endless scroll to the rigit.
My blog is everything, and it’s vneditable, and hideous.NOT an Android problem.
I only view things in desktop.
Thjt’s why I got a smartphone, after losing my PC. -
You should be able to change the display settings. http://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/#configuring-the-dashboard
-
lol, That’s the problem, there is NO visable dashboard anymore.
I don’t use mobile apps, and want to view my blog normally, like it was yesterday!
I even reinstalled my browsers.

The blog and the Admin CP, look the same.
Everything to the left, minus the nav, huge blank to the right.

Hi,
Thanks for the report. I’ve reported this to our developers and upstream to WordPress.org as well. While we check into it, you can use Chrome, Firefox Mobile, or the WordPress app as alternatives.
Thanks and I’m sorry for the trouble.
-
Thanks!
I never use mobile apps, and desktop view has always been good on both Opera Mini and Opera Mobile, but Opera Minh doesn’t eat as much data. :-)I just want to be able to edit, and view it like I could before.
Very sad to see it the way it is. -
You can follow along with the progress at http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/26377
It’s not working since Opera Mini doesn’t support webfonts, which is now a critical part of the dashboard design. Overall, it saves bandwidth in our usage since the font can be used for icons at any size (instead of needing versions at different sizes and different resolutions for regular and “Retina”/HDPI screens).
Thanks for your patience.

If you’re able to use either Chrome Mobile or Firefox Mobile on your Android device, both of those browsers will correctly render the dashboard.

I can’t afford the data, PLEASE give us options, and also Opera Mobile has the Admin CP in single column.
It wasn’t yesterday.
That blog literally keeps me going, and If I can’t view or edit it in Mini, there’s no point.Just like blogger, they screwed it up, and didn’t give the option for the old interface, so 3 years work deleted.
Now WP is doing the same. :(

On Opera Mobile, the dashboard/admin area is working for me. The menu is collapsed behind the “hamburger” icon at the top left (the three horizontal lines – https://cloudup.com/cSTW8qTDYFE ) if that is an alternative.
The developers are still reviewing how to handle Opera Mini while still providing for a better loading experience for everyone else as well. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you, kind Sir!
Being without a PC, I want to feel like I’m on one with my phone.
All was fine at one point.
I want to upgrade eventually, when finances allow, but not if I can’t edit, lolThank you again, for your helpg ^_^

Howdy again,
I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know we deployed a small change for you. On Opera Mini, you’ll see a small Menu button to allow you to use it again for managing your site.
Opera Mini isn’t made for a lot of more application-based websites, like the Dashboard, so things may still be a bit “weird”, but should be functional for you.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Cheers!

kraftbj, Thank you SO much, it’s great!!! ^_^
I can edit again!!! ^_^Now, if only my header would display full size again, it would be perfect.
Thank you again!!

It’s displaying full-size for me on Opera Mini—might be an isolated issue? Opera Mini isn’t the easiest browser to debug issues on! :-)
Cheers!
