Ordening posts

  I want to keep my welcome post at the top of my blog and then add new things under it. I just can not manage to do it new ones always appear above my welcome and i dont want that.
  Is there anyway to do this ???

  The only way to do it is to change the datestamp of that post every time you make a post, so that it is always the newest. You’re probably better off making a welcome comment in a text widget and putting that at the top of your sidebar or making a static Welcome Page and setting that as the first page of your blog. You can set that on Dashboard — > Options — > Reading. Note that having a static front page will really hurt your Google and Technorati standings.
