Order are missing

    We use authorize.net for website customer payment transaction.
    We’ve found that 3 customers’ orders are missing from the ‘order’ tag. The order clearly showed in Authorize.net transaction report. But did not show up in our woocommerce admin page.

    Please let us know why this happened, and let us know the solution.

    According to the DNS settings, it looks like you are using a self-hosted version of WordPress.

    The current DNS settings for your domain are as follow.

    Name Server: NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM
    Name Server: NS2.DIGITALOCEAN.COM
    Name Server: NS3.DIGITALOCEAN.COM

    We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com, and these forums are for supporting WordPress.com sites only.
