order & dating of posts

  i’ve just (re)started my blog & published 2 posts. I don’t understand:
  1. why they appear in the wrong order (the later posted appears 2nd, not 1st!)
  2. why wordpress doesn’t automatically put the date & time of posting into the post.
  i’ll be grateful for any help with this.

  When you post two posts close together, the blog order can get messed up. Just Edit them and change the times to correct times.

  Some themes display this, and some don’t. Experiment with different themes you like to find one that has all the functions you want.
