  I would like to include an order form on my new and developing blog, with a direct link to paypal as an option, if possible.
  How can I do that???

  WordPress.COM is really not set up for e-commerce. In general you can sell things you have actually made yourself (art, crafts, etc.) but there is no way to have a paypal “buy now” button. The only button that will work here is the plain HTML donate button. Also, forms are not allowed here for security reasons. WordPress.COM provides a customizable contact form, but that is it.

  For e-commerce, you really need to self-host a wordpress site on a third-party hosting service using the software from wordpress.ORG. Self-hosting with SSL will typically run you about $10 to $25 per month depending on bandwidth and storage requirements.
