Order of Blog Posts Sketch Theme

Hi, I can’t seem to change the order my blogs appear (my oldest appears first). Preferably I’d like all posts to flow as a list from most recent at the top to the oldest at the bottom. I’m using the sketch theme, and I have seen other blogs e.g https://waistingaway.wordpress.com/ list the posts in the way I’d like. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

The default timezone is UTC time. Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog, you can reset your timezone here > Settings > General. Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.

You can edit the posts and change the datestamp and timestamp and click update. These images may be helpful:

It looks to me like the link in your menu to the blog pages is the culprit.
It links to your oldest post.
Instead, you can set the blog menu item to link to the following, which should give you the order you’d like.

Also, this article explains how to get the posts in chronological order. It may be helpful in understanding how things got they way they are now on your site, with the oldest post first.

Thanks so much for your help. I created a category and put my posts under that category which has worked. Yay!!! I’ve been trying to work this out for months and haven’t blogged because of the order issue. This is really going to help my business so big thanks for taking the time out to help. Rachel
