Order of posts

Hello,
I am trying to have my blog display my posts from oldest to newest because this is very important for the progression of the subject matter. I looked into all of the setting, but can only find a way to make one post ‘sticky’. How would I change the settings so that it automatically displays oldest to newest posts?
