order of posts

I noticed after I posted my second post, the first post was moved down on the page. The first post was really like an introduction and I thought it could remain at the top…..perhaps I put that intro in the wrong way/place….it begins with a welcome….explaining what the site is for…could you assist me in what I can do to reverse these two posts or put the intro in the correct place? tks!

You can set your “welcome” post as a sticky post. That will show it first in your posts page.
