Hi,
What is the rule that decides the order of sticky posts?
I want this order changed. How can I do it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am afraid, I was not clear enough in asking the question. </br>
I had two sticky posts. The top post was rather less important to me and wanted to appear it on the second position. I couldn’t do it. Temporarily I removed its sticky status. However, I would be glad if I could swap the positions of these two sticky post.
Please suggest.

Hello there, if you have any kind of paid WordPressdotcom plan on your site you are also eligible for direct support via Live Chat (when available) or email when you use the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
In answer to your question, the sticky post appears before all other posts, but if you have more than one, they are listed in chronological order. https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-and-page-visibility/#sticky-posts-posts-only You could change the date of the sticky post but that would cause a lot of other issues for anyone directly linking to it. It’s better to keep to one sticky post if possible.
If you have a plan that gives you CSS editing ability, you might be able to change how sticky posts display (side by side at the top?), but that is best answered by direct support. You can learn about this here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/css-support/
