"Order page" command doesn't work for me

  I keep trying to order how pages are listed on my menu bar–I assign a number–but it doesn’t have any effect. I.e., of the four pages I’ve set up, I want them to appear on the menu bar at the top in this order: Home, Editing Services, Coaching, Tools, About.
