Order pics to small

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to write me problem in english in stead of dutch.
When people create something in my shop and then add it to the basket and send their order to me, i just receive the things the created.
I want also their uploaded photo’s to be send and not only their creation.
Is that possible?
The other problem i have is that when i receive the order and the creation, it is too small and the quality is very poor to use.
Can i do something about that?
