Order-received 404 error
-
After I checkout using square/woocommerce, I am lead to (https://labradormining.com/order-received/240/?page_id=15&key=wc_order_iJxwtACG47c5H). This returns a 404 error saying the page was not found. If I change the link to (https://labradormining.com/checkout/order-received/240/?page_id=15&key=wc_order_iJxwtACG47c5H) (including /checkout/) then the page is set correctly.
I have tried saving permalinks and disabling plugins (except for woocommerce and square) with no success. What can I do to properly change the link? Why is the link broken?

Hello there,
This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
That said, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
You would need to check that the endpoints are properly configured as seen here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/
It sounds like there could be something awry with the order-received end point.

Yeah wordpress.org is so terrible to try to work with :( I can’t even create a support ticket with them…
I dont see any way to edit the endpoints or to even see the control flow to know when an endpoint will be reached. How can I see this? In particular for woo-commerce, the endpoints control flow on checkout all seems to be handled internally. IS there code for this somewhere that I can edit?
I know we are hosting on a different platform but I have been trying to work on this for days and I have no other leads on how to fix this

Hi there,
As you’re working with a plugin you got from WooCommerce.com, that’s who you need to contact for help with this. I see you already have a support ticket open with them, so please be patient while waiting for a reply there.
