Order Status

I ordered from a discount furniture online store ShopIsle and I have not gotten a confirmation email and in the product description is says that the order ships 24hrs after payment. I places my order on the 15th and it just says that it is processing. What is the real status on my order and when will I get it? My order number is #1782. When ever I click on about us it tells me Welcome to Word Press and there is not contact information or a customer service number and I have posted twice on the comment section and it just keeps telling me waiting for approval. But then the post disappears.

You are posting in the technical support forums for the web hosting provider, WordPress.com. In this forum we are only able to help owners of websites hosted on WordPress.com with issues they have in managing their own sites.
We don’t have any information about the site you’re referring to, and no involvement with running the business that site is for. So we’re not able to help you here.
WordPress is free, open source software that anyone can download and install on their own server to make a website, and WordPress.com is just one of hundreds of hosting providers for that software. So the site mentioning “WordPress” somewhere just means they’re using that software, and doesn’t imply any association with WordPress.com.
If you’re unable to contact the owners of that site, you can try reporting them to their hosting provider, or to the payment processor they use. If you share a link to the site, I’m happy to try and help you figure out who those service providers might be.
And if you didn’t receive your order, you can always try to reverse the payment with your bank/credit card company directly.
