order status and shipping tracking numbers

I previously sent a query through as the order status was not updating automatically – your support said to ensure that auto (i forgot the rest of the name) was switched on – my woocomerce plugin does not have this switch.
My request also raised that I cannot add a tracking number to completed orders – I followed your steps to open the order and add the tracking number – under shipping there is no field to add in a tracking number. Please advise

Hi, please can you advise/assist. The order status is not automatically updating when orders are placed on http://www.juicychemistry.co.za. My client would also like to know where they can put in the shipping tracking number once she ships a purchase off to her customer.
