Ordering of posts

As a newbie to WordPress, I created my first post successfully the other day. However it has a “sticky” designation that keeps it at the top of all the other posts I make. (Don’t ask me how it became a sticky; I have no idea.) How do I fix it so that it goes to its proper spot as the original post and all my future posts go to the top as I post them?

You can deselect the “sticky” option on the Editor screen of that post:
This way all your posts will be organized again accordingly.
