Ordering posts on home page

  Hello:

  I am brand new to this, so sorry if this question seems dumb. I started a blog at http://soycandle.wordpress.com/ and have started adding posts. My question is how to order them so I can have the most recent be on top. Right now it looks like they are positioned in a random order. Also, is there a way to just show a summary of the post on the home page? Thanks in advance.

  It looks like the post that appears first on your blog is “stuck” to the front page. You will need to edit the post manually and un-check the option to stick it to the front page. Please see:
