Orders not showing

Hi, I’ve just launched my website and I see couple alarming things:
1) Orders in USD and GBP go through, status ‘processing’, payments go through all good
2) I’ve had few orders in euros and all of them are marked as ‘on hold’
3) One order from Poland doesn’t show at all – I’ve got a message from customer as he hasn’t received a confirmation email. I’ve checked in ‘orders’ and I don’t see this order at all even though money went from his account. It got me thunking there could be more orders like that?
Does anyone has any experience with that and can see any possible solution?Thank you!
