Orders not showing in orders tab of woocommerce

Hi there,
Having a fairly major issue where certain orders are not showing up in the orders tab of woocommerce and hence not being pulled through on our Store Exporter Deluxe plugin. Can you please advise on how to correct this example missing orders include orders #6699 and #6701.
