Orders ‘on hold’ not sending an email.

hello. i have set up that customers can bank transfer payment for an order, however this puts the order status to ‘on hold’ and therefore i do ot get an email to say there is an order.
how can i change this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
